An Emphasis On Giving and Humanity

We know there’s a direct link between happy employees and happy customers, which together generate success for all of us. We believe that a supportive atmosphere, an emphasis on giving and humanity, and approachable leaders and managers help our employees reach their greatest potential.
It’s this sense of purpose and adhering to the company’s core values (Work Ethic, Integrity, Professionalism, Passion, Perfection) that makes TransImpact an excellent place to work.
Community involvement is not only practiced, but encouraged and funded.
Through our IMPACT1 initiative, TransImpact donates 1% of employee time, 1% of profits, and 1% in-kind services.
Employees are allotted 20 hours of paid volunteer time annually. They can choose to use those hours for a company-organized event, an activity such as the American Heart Association Polar Bear Plunge or Alzheimer’s Walk, or something close to their heart such as reading at a local school or assisting an elderly neighbor with yard work. Employees as well as community members can submit requests for donations to an employee-led committee. It is employees, not leadership, who make the determinations for giving.

How Did IMPACT1 Begin?

Back in late 2016, while attending the Inc. 5000 conference, TransImpact’s CEO Berkley Stafford heard Tony Robbins speak about how a company was giving back to the community by donating both time and resources.
Excited by how this concept would be a perfect fit for TransImpact’s ethos of philanthropy, Berkley took the idea home with him to Emerald Isle. From this seed germinated IMPACT1 — Improvements Made by People ACTing as 1.

Due to the high volume of requests received, we are unable to confirm the status of requests or receipt of requests by telephone. Although we are honored to receive many charitable requests, unfortunately we are unable to support them all.
