Through our IMPACT1 initiative, TransImpact donates 1% of employee time, 1% of profits, and 1% in-kind services.
Employees are allotted 20 hours of paid volunteer time annually. They can choose to use those hours for a company-organized event, an activity such as the American Heart Association Polar Bear Plunge or Alzheimer’s Walk, or something close to their heart such as reading at a local school or assisting an elderly neighbor with yard work. Employees as well as community members can submit requests for donations to an employee-led committee. It is employees, not leadership, who make the determinations for giving.
